Our Story


Our founder, in addition to several of his family members, has served on numerous pastoral search committees in the past. Josh’s background in recruiting/staffing and Christian ministry led him to quickly discover that those serving on these committees typically do not have the necessary time, resources, nor experience required to fully commit or lead a successful search. At the same time, the fact remains that selecting a pastor is one of the most impactful decisions a church can make, leaving very little room for error. This realization led to the lightbulb moment – that there was a dire need to assist pastoral committees throughout their search processes. The concept of Revelation Recruiting was born.

Our Mission

The story of Jesus feeding the 5000 remains relevant and true to this day. The story ultimately tells us to trust in the power of God.
