South Carolina native Josh Brown is no stranger to recruiting. After obtaining his degree in Human Resources Management and minor in Christian Ministry from Anderson University, he began his journey to amass what is now a 17 year career in professional staffing and recruiting. In Josh’s previous roles, he’s successfully implemented the use of social media, applicant tracking systems, and other search and referral tools to revolutionize the way his organizations find top talent. He believes in the power culture plays in organizations, and aims to bring a combination of creativity and positivity to every endeavor.
